I touched on this in one of my earlier blogs, but i figured I would write a feature length on such a unknown fat burner. 


Ginger is the underground root of the Ginger plant or Zingiber Officinale. Thats all technical stuff though, we are more here to talk about how Ginger will melt the fat off your mid-section.


Ginger is a thermogenic food, which means it stimulates the body to lose fat. This is great for you, because you don't even have to work to burn fat! That being said, having ginger before your workout will give even better effects.  


So next time your at the supermarket, staring this less-than-attractive herb down, give it a try! You never know, it could end up changing your life..
